Festival Shop Hub Fashion Sorter (Festivals Shop, Batley Hub)
If you're interested in either fashion, festival style, vintage clothing, sustainability, textiles, charity - we would love to hear from you! You can volunteer from as little as a few hours a month, and there is no length of time obligation. Let's beat poverty together!
About this role
The Oxfam Festival Shop is a touring pop-up shop. We are based at Wastesaver, Oxfam’s textile recycling centre, with all kinds of gems at our fingertips. When we are not at 10 festivals and events, we are listing on our festival themed online shops on ASOS MP and Depop, raising thousands of pounds to contribute to Oxfam’s global work to eradicate poverty.
We will give you all the training and support you need so you will develop your skills as part of our team. You don’t need to have any experience – we’ve got you covered. Whatever you need, we’re here to help.
You can focus on any part of volunteering that interests you the most. As a Festival Team Volunteer you’ll develop skills that boost your confidence.
- Improve your communication skills as part of a team
- Improve your communication skills in this customer-facing role
- Organisational skills
- Put your expertise to good use by focussing on what interests you the most
- Or branch out and learn about something completely new
If you can’t apply online, please visit the shop or contact us on festivalshop@oxfam.org.uk
